Competition levels available: Elementary (gr. 4-6), Junior High (gr. 7-8) and High School (gr. 9-12)

Science Olympiad is a rigorous competition-based activity for students to research, explore and experiment with science. Parents serve as assistant coaches, while students prepare for a county-wide competition held annually in the spring. Students have the opportunity to advance to a state-wide competition. This activity requires parent support. Students work at home , with partners and seek guidance from the school coach. School coach is available for consultation and advice on events, help with event rules, obtaining needed materials, or organizing facility use for event practice.
